Registration is located on the 2nd floor (main floor) by the entrance. Registration tables are located outside of room 2A.
Bathrooms can be found on each level of the event center by the upper and lower concourse. They are found in the same location both upstairs and downstairs in the middle of the concourse. See the event map in Sched for details.

The keynotes and luncheons take place in the large banquet room and expo hall (Room 2DE).
Each session will have a room assignment in Sched. Use the event map on Sched to assist you.
Registration will begin each day at 7:00 am. The opening keynote starts at 8:30 am. There will be breakout sessions and workshops throughout the day. The event ends on 4:00 pm each day. Tuesday, 10/29/2024, there will be a Happy Hour between 4:00 - 5:30 pm. See Sched for a full agenda.
Yes, WiFi is available at the conference center. Please use the Lynnwood Event Center WiFi. The password is: ilovelynnwood .
We encourage attendees to bring their devices fully charged. Charging stations can also be found in the nook outside of the restrooms and on the first floor in the seating nook by the stairs.
In Sched, when you click on a session, you can find a description about the session, session materials, and information shared by the speaker.
Use the Sched app to sign up for a session or workshop. You can select your session using the circles next to each session in Sched. Please also use Sched to sign up for after hour activities.
Priority is given to attendees who have registered for that specific session. Many sessions have a waitlist. However, if there is room in the session after attendees who have registered are seated, then you may attend the session.
Our sessions are not recorded. Session materials are available in the Sched app in each specific event.
Unfortunately, we are completely full with a waiting list. You can join the waiting list on the website, and will be notified as tickets become available. However, we are unable to accept any non-registered attendees the day of the event.
Attendees will receive an email with a link to register for clock hours from Northwest ESD via PDenroller.
Upon arrival at the Summit, please sign in at the registration table. Before leaving each day, remember to sign out at the registration table. See the Clock Hours page for more information.
Please use the Sched platform to update your details. You can edit your profile in Sched, which includes your photo, biography, title, and district information.
The Inclusive Learning Summit provides a luncheon both days of the event. These are located in the upper concourse outside of the large banquet hall (2DE). In addition, coffee and tea will be available throughout the day.
There are no concession stands or vending machines available at the Lynnwood Event Center.
The food menus for the Summit can be found on the Food at the Summit page.
There are options for those that responded to the dietary requests survey. Attendees who requested alternatives or noted allergies should receive an email before the Summit with their plan to retrieve their food.
We welcome you to select any seat in the large banquet hall (2DE). There is no assigned seating for the luncheon.
For Happy Hour on 10/29, you are welcome to eat in the large banquet hall (2DE), or hold your food bites as you connect with other educators.
The luncheon will be served from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm both days.
Small bites will be served during Happy Hour on 10/29/24 from 4:00-5:30 pm.
