Additional parking

Due to limited parking availability at the Lynnwood Event Center, we encourage attendees to utilize the complimentary shuttle service provided by Advanced Classroom Technologies from Lynnwood Square.

To access this service, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Park only on the south side of Lynnwood Square, directly across from the Lynnwood Transit Center Parking Lot.
• Please avoid parking directly in front of any operating businesses.
• Display a printed copy of the parking pass (found below) on your vehicle's dashboard.

For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle service will be operating between Lynnwood Square and the Lynnwood Event Center. Please locate the shuttle stop at the Lynnwood Transit Center according to these guidelines:

• Pickup Location: Shuttles will pick up passengers in the transit center pickup loop, specifically at the statue of the hummingbird.
• Shuttle Identification:  Look for minivans with the Inclusive Learning Summit logo displayed on the passenger-side front door.
• Shuttle Capacity: If a shuttle is full, kindly wait at the hummingbird statue for the next available shuttle.
• Estimated Travel Time: Please anticipate that shuttles may take up to 20 minutes for a round trip between the Lynnwood Event Center and the transit center.
• Shuttle Drivers:  Our friendly shuttle drivers are Advanced Classroom Technologies volunteers dedicated to ensuring a smooth transportation experience.

Shuttle Hours: 

• Morning: Shuttles will run continuously between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
• The earliest shuttle pickup will be at 7:00 AM.
• Afternoon: Service resumes at 3:50 PM following the keynote presentation.
• Tuesday:  Afternoon shuttles will run until 5:30 PM.  The last shuttle will leave the Lynnwood Event Center at 6:15 PM.
• Wednesday: Afternoon shuttles will run until 5:00 PM. The last shuttle will leave the Lynnwood Event Center at 5:15 PM. 

While the shuttle service primarily operates during the designated hours, we are happy to accommodate your transportation needs outside of those times.

• After 9:30 AM:  Should you require transportation to the Lynnwood Event Center after the morning shuttle service concludes, please contact our dedicated shuttle drivers, Dana (631) 902-5024 or Phil (425) 535-1117. They will be pleased to coordinate a pickup time and location that is convenient for you.
• Before 3:50 PM:  If you need to return to the Lynnwood Transit Center before the afternoon shuttle service begins, kindly visit the Registration Desk at the Lynnwood Event Center. Our staff will gladly arrange for a shuttle driver to assist you with your return trip.
